Tongue Lizard

A large fleshy quadruped that has evolved to suit a hostile desert enviroment, its body is more than 50% fat and this fat stores water very effectively, so much so that the tongue lizard can go without drinking more for several months.
It uses its three tongues to scrap the floor, this serves to purposes, one is to lick minerals from the dust and sand on the ground, the other reason is too feel tremors and vibrations nearby, it has evolved this sense to compensate for the fact that it is blind
